Manage your reputation well. Don’t go into negative blog advertising. A tarnish reputation is very difficult to recover later because it stays on the hearts and minds of your consumers and potential market forever. Reputation management is best handled before problems arise. Naturally you can’t help people making negative comments but it is important that the truth comes out loud and clear to be able to maintain a strong positive Web presence. Diligent entries in your online reputation in the form of blogging, press releases, article submissions and other forms of correct tactfully written information may help reduce the impact of any negative press. This work requires a dedicated effort and constant monitoring in proper forms of netiquette and diplomacy comprise with maturity and good judgment in dealing and handling problems that inflamed them.

Writing good content is one thing but spamming your good content with lots of keywords is mortal sin. Never overload your blog post with too much keywords or links. That is already considered as spamming and Google don’t like that. Love your Website! Write good contents and attract your target market. That is the idea.

How to do it? Write original short interesting articles. The best is about 300 to 400 words articles for product information. Put an image maybe 1 or 2 images is fine. Links should be at least one but not more than three. Remember you already have your trackback link, so you may put two more links within the article.

Product review may come as long as 150 to 250 words. Write long articles if you are able to maintain the flow and the interest of the readers. But if it tires their eyes then that will be a clear goodbye. Interesting sites with high PRs only write as long as 150 to 250 word each post. Short and concise but heavy in essence – that is the secret!

Work on your marketing, sales and advertisements teams to create, plan and manage consistent brand communication across campaigns and media. Use Website tools to monitor your visitors activity, moods, trends and demographics, visitor personas, branding effects and customer behavior profiling. It is vital that you know what your visitors and your consumers’ want and not as you imagine and expect them. There’s a big difference to it. Reach your target and effectively penetrate your untapped market through logos, flyers, catalogues, ebooks, newsletters and banner ads. Invest your time, effort and resources to come up with a name tag or brand that could make you stand out from the competition. Creating an effective marketing strategy and a good brand identity will make your services or your products easy to remember.

Pageranks are values of your site which a lot of bloggers have been exerting day and night just to get a higher pagerank. One magical step is link building. You may start creating links through link exchange. Remember that Google values sites that link to related sites so make sure that the site you were linking are relevant sites and of the same theme as your niche product.

Forums and signatures are also a good way to build links. Participate in forums that have relevant theme as your niche product. For example if your blogsites is about dating then you may participate in dating forums or marriage forums or anything as long as it is about dating, relationships, love and seduction. They are all related aren’t they? Never forget to go to your user panel and create a good signature there with your URLs. That is the goal for forum posting and nothing else – signatures!

The more forum topics that you participated the better will be your chances of obtaining higher PR. This also goes the same in making a roundabout blog comment posting. You go to blogs that have related niche product as yours, learn their style, read their blogs and make comments. Make sure you leave your URL in the URL portion. BTW don’t get too excited in typing and immediately click enter after making comments. Give appropriate intelligent comments so you won’t be considered as spam.

Blog comment posting needs the approval of the blog author before publication so be careful not to make any spam comments or you will just be wasting your time. This needs a lot of time and real good mood to be able to hop from one blog to the other. So maybe you would want to allocate an hour of your day just for this for the love of variety. If you go straight making this postings you will find yourself getting bored, lazy and tired. So create a variety with your schedule to perk up your energy.

Google gives valuation of your site every now and then. The valuation it gives is how Google values your site. This follows on how well your site appears on search engines too. This valuation known as the PageRank ratings is also important to advertisers and blog review companies. The higher your PR rating the more opps you can participate. The statistics these companies used to calculate the base value of your blog is the amount of traffic your blog generates. This means knowing the number of users or browsers that visits your blog. It also uses tools to determine how many people are subscribed to your blog’s feed. That is what we call as blog readership.

Blog readership is largely dependent on the quality of the contents of your blog. Here we see the importance of readers making comments to your blog posts instead of the chatbox you place at the sidebar of your blog. The comments, feedbacks and how you engage your readers generate some sort of community activity which is what a lot of advertising and blog review companies is looking to display their product. They hate spamming and they don’t like garbled contents. So if you plan to have a blog, develop a good one by focusing on one blog first. Then maybe if your readership grows and you feel you still have the time to create another blog then you may increase your blogging activity by then. It would be best to start with one Website or blog first to know the techniques and the appropriate tools needed to develop your blog and increase readership.
