Microsoft Money: managing your finances

Small businesses to medium enterprises in the internet have less manpower. Operations and finances were usually run from a single office with virtual assistants or by the entrepreneur himself. Money management is easier said than done. Training with your personal assistants is inevitable. Familiarization with the software and the tool you see appropriate for your site is critical to your operation. Software I know that is very simple and that your virtual assistants can easily learn is the Microsoft Money.

There are several sites offering free accounting money management software download in the internet for a 30 or 60 day trial as such as Microsoft Money Plus, Quickbooks or Microsoft Office Accounting. The simplest software that I really like is Microsoft Money. It is so simple, easy and affordable. Money management software will help you understand where your money goes and keeps track of your deposits and bills. It is a one stop expense, deposits and bills management essentials that can provide you good cash flow insights any time you need the information. Visit the site and choose which one best fits your personal and business needs.

Firefox add-ons features

Firefox add-ons are great. You can download them and make use of them in your work. The latest add-ons tools that I discovered yesterday are PDF download, highlightAll and highlighter. PDF download will help you download webpage as PDF, open it as PDF and convert PDF webpage to html. This is great for people making research and need to copy and paste sentences or paragraphs to word documents. This will make work a lot easier and very convenient.

Highlighter enables you to highlight sentences, words, phrases or even a paragraph with different colors. Hold down the shift key then right click the page to make it work. You can assign which text will be highlighted with what color. This is convenient for research and when you are looking for multiple texts in same web page.

HighlightAll highlights only selected text in a web page with same color all throughout. It does not allow you to select multiple texts and highlight them in multiple colors unlike the highlighter. This feature is good for research on singular text or a phrase. Highlighters are important tools for research. Try to Google Firefox add-ons and look for the feature that can best help you facilitate your work and give you a better browsing experience.
